In September 2020, Sellwin launched a new 1C 8 program which allowed the business to reach a new level of automation of existing processes.

BEFORE the launch of this project, the company used four core software products which were integrated with each other:

• Software based on 1C: Enterprise 7 for inventory control of goods

• 1C: Accounting 7.7 for accounting of goods, pricing, printing shipping documents

• My Accounting 8 for accounting in general

• Warehouse program (WMS).

The main goal of the software update project was to increase the efficiency of data processing.

The 1C: Trade Management program combined the functionality of two systems and became a unified operating system for managing all trade and logistics processes.

Advantages of 1C 8 for Sellwin:

• Getting analytics from one system. Previously, it was necessary to build reports from different programs or generate them manually.

• Optimization of the staff. The number of employees decreased by 20% due to the automation of processes.

• The level of knowledge and opportunities for self-analysis among employees increased. Each employee can independently make any kind of report without contacting the IT service.
